His world travels across six continents and professional stays in numerous countries have given him an extensive global network – and a unique sense for cultural differences and international business practices. Born in Turkey, holding German citizenship and residing in Switzerland, he is the ideal bridge between these worlds.

What legal forms are available for setting up a company in Switzerland?
The most common legal forms are the GmbH (limited liability company) and the AG (stock corporation). The GmbH is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises with share capital starting from CHF 20,000. The AG is intended for larger ventures and requires share capital of at least CHF 100,000, of which at least CHF 50,000 must be paid in. We will advise you on the most suitable form for your project.
Do I need to live in Switzerland to establish a company here?
No. However, at least one person with signing authority must be resident in Switzerland. This is exactly where our director services come in: we take on this role for you, so you can establish and run your company even without a Swiss residence.
How long does it take to set up a company in Switzerland?
Once all documents are complete, a formation usually takes two to four weeks – from the capital deposit and notarisation to the commercial register entry. We prepare everything so the process runs as quickly and smoothly as possible for you.
As a foreigner, can I open a Swiss bank account?
Yes, it is possible – although requirements vary depending on the bank and your personal situation. Thanks to our established banking contacts, we arrange the right banking connection for you and guide you through the entire opening and compliance process, even without a Swiss residence.
What are the costs involved in setting up a company?
In addition to the share capital, there are costs for the notary, the commercial register and consulting. The amount depends on the legal form and complexity of your project. In your free initial consultation, you will receive a transparent, individual cost overview – with no hidden items.
What do «Director Services» specifically entail?
We provide the legally required local director or managing director with Swiss residence. This person represents your company vis-à-vis authorities and banks, acts on your instructions and ensures that your company is legally compliant at all times – reliably and discreetly.
Can I relocate my existing business to Switzerland?
Yes. Depending on your situation, options include transferring the registered office, establishing a Swiss subsidiary or successor company, or a step-by-step relocation. We analyse your situation and, together with our partners, develop the most sensible solution from a tax and legal perspective.
Do you also offer consulting in Turkish?
